A photo of the cleric and patron of the parish of the OCU hierarch Oleksandr Drabinko carrying a lamp with the Holy Fire was posted on Facebook. As follows from the caption, the photo was taken on the evening of May 1, after the canonical UOC delivered the shrine from Jerusalem to Ukraine.

As previously reported, the OCU announced that the Holy Fire could be delivered to a new church structure in Ukraine on the morning of May 2 at the most; also in the Jerusalem Patriarchate representatives of schismatic organizations were not allowed to the Holy Fire.

“A natural question arises: either they fooled everyone and just lit the lamps in the kitchen with ordinary matches, or they sent their own person to take the fire from the UOC and bring them,” the publication suggests.
