Bill No. 5385 proposes to abolish the right to permanent land use and force religious organizations to participate in land tenders and pay land use exclusively on a lease basis, writes the Telegram-channel of the UOC.

This initiative was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by 18 parliamentarians who are members of the Servant of the People faction. Of these, 14 are members of the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy, including the head of this committee, which is specialized in the consideration of this bill, which indicates the seriousness of the intentions of its initiators.
