On April 6, 2021, a meeting of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court was held to consider case No. 910/10011/19 at the suit of representatives of the UOC community from Sutkivtsi of the Khmelnytsky region. The community, despite the absence of a majority in the parish for a change of jurisdiction, is one of those whose subordination was changed in favor of the OCU. As reported on the OCU`s Facebook page, the court refused to appeal to the UOC community.

In the two years since the start of the raider attack by the new church organization on the UOC, this is the first lawsuit by the robbed community, which has finally passed all the courts.

As noted on the OCU page, the meeting by which the community allegedly decided to move to the new structure took place on February 23, 2019. The Kyiv Economic Court in February 2020 ruled in favor of the plaintiff, it remained unchanged in the appeal instance, but was cancelled in cassation.
