On March 25, 2021, in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, with the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Onuphry, the managing director of the UOC, metropolitan Anthony (Pakanych) of Boryspil and Brovary, met with the rectors of the parishes of the Volodymyr-Volyn diocese, whose churches were seized by schismatics. Lord Anthony donated them the necessary church utensils. This was reported by the official website of the UOC.

The clergy arrived at the Lavra, headed by the administrator of the diocese, metropolitan Volodymyr-Volynsky and Kovel Volodymyr. The priests told about the life of the parishes left without temples, while they are forced to perform divine services in adapted premises.

On behalf of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry, lord Anthony thanked metropolitan Volodymyr and the clergy for their loyalty to the canonical Orthodox Church and handed over the necessary liturgical utensils.
