The Church Court upheld the decision on the ban from holding services of Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev

The ecclesiastical court found no grounds for revising the decision on the the ban from holding services of Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev. This is stated in the decision of the Diocesan Court of Moscow in the case No. 53-57-2021 of the supernumerary cleric of Moscow, Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev, published on the website of the Moscow eparchy.

“The Eparchial Church Court of Moscow <…>, having studied the petition for reconsideration of case No. 50-54-2020 from Protodeacon Andrei Kuraev, the Eparchial Church Court of Moscow did not find reasons for such a reconsideration and confirmed the earlier decision,” the court concluded.
