The District Administrative Court of the city of Odessa will consider an administrative claim of a woman – parishioner of the UOC-KP – against the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odessa region for unlawful inaction, the head of the legal service of the “Kyiv Patriarchate” Neonila Tkachenko reports.

In addition, a case on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation was sent to the Kyiv Court of Appeal to determine the territorial jurisdiction of the consideration and decision to the Internet provider of the Megafon website and two individuals – the website’s journalists.

“During 2019-2020, this Internet resource regularly published humiliating content through religious affiliation with the UOC-KP, and disseminated false information,” Tkachenko recalls the events around the Church of the Nativity of Christ, which the UOC-KP and OCU pretend to.
