Archpriest Mykolai Danylevych, deputy head of the Department for external church relations of the UOC, said that the Serbian Orthodox Church had once again shown that His Beatitude Onuphriy is recognized as the real Metropolitan of Kyiv in the SOC. The speaker of the UOC wrote about this in his Telegram.

“A very revealing message on the website of the Serbian Orthodox Church, which lists those heads of Churches from whom congratulations were received to the newly elected Patriarch Porfirije. Among the heads of the Churches is the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine Onuphry. Not Epiphany, no matter how hard he and the Ukrainian embassy in Serbia tried.
