On February 21, 2021, at 20:00 by Kyiv time, a meeting of the vicariate of the UOC-KP in the USA and Canada will take place. This was reported on the website of the “Kyiv Patriarchate”.

“The assembly of the Vicariate will be headed by the ruling bishop – Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine Filaret. The meeting of rectors and chairpersons of the Administrations will be held in the format of a video conference on the ZOOM platform.

All clerics and representatives of the parishes of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate in the USA and Canada are invited to participate,” the message says with a reference to the head of the vicariate of Filaret Bohdan Zgoba.

Probably, this event should take place in contrast to the official statement of the former vicariate of the UOC-KP in the USA, Canada, Australia and Japan, which recently announced that he was leaving for the OCU, but obviously not in full structure.
