The Economic Court of the Chernivtsi Region refused to consider the claim of the OCU activists from the village of Ryngach on the abolition of the ownership of the UOC community to the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, reports RP.

According to the lawsuit, the raiders asked the court to invalidate and revoke the certificate of ownership issued to the UOC community on September 25, 2014.

On the morning of February 9, a preparatory session of the court took place, according to the results of which judge Nikolaev M. and announced the order to close the court proceedings. In the opinion of the court, this case does not fall within its jurisdiction.
