“Hierarch” of the OCU Adrian Kulik, who called for putting “clips in the ears” of UOC faithful as “for homeless dogs”, now said that it was such “humor”. The comments of the “bishop” were spread in the Greek media. Greek orthodox web-site “Romfea” published the statements of the “hierarch”, evaluating them as discriminatory, with the comment that he “called millions of Ukrainian Orthodox stray dogs without roots”.
Later on Kulik published his “excuses” and claimed that “there are a lot of such people in Ukraine and they often disguise themselves as decent citizens, enjoy all the benefits of Ukraine, sometimes they speak Ukrainian and wear embroidered shirts for holidays, but they hate Ukraine and see It as Little Russia – a colony of Muscovy.”
He suggested to UOC faithful, in this case, “to pack their belongings and go wherever you dear,”and promised to help. However, asserts the “hierarch”, “they do not plan to go anywhere, but want to dictate their rules in someone else’s house. They see the Ukrainians as their slaves. ”
As for the “plastic clip in the ear,” writes Kulik, “this part of the commentary was designed for people with a sense of humor.”
