The OCU published compromising evidence on the “hierarch” of the OCU Alexander Drabinko

In the OCU, a “behind-the-scenes campaign” unfolded against the ex-Metropolitan of the UOC Alexander (Drabinko). A number of representatives of this structure published incriminating evidence against the “hierarch” of the OCU and called on not to allow him to participate in important church-wide projects, writes the Telegram channel “Churcher”.

At the same time, media are even talking about the possible involvement in this attack of the head of the OCU Epiphanius, who does not like the close rapprochement between Drabinko and the “bishop” of Vladimir-Volynsk and Turia Matthew Shevchuk with the Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Ukraine, Bishop Mykhailo Anischenko.

The Telegram channel refers to its sources in the OCU, who showed an email message to representatives of the OCU on behalf of the “brothers of St. Nicholas Monastery”, who demand to push Drabinko “to the sidelines” and not allow him to participate in “important church-wide initiatives and projects”, since he “discredits the autocephalous Ukrainian church.”

It is proposed to “minimize his contacts with representatives of other Local Churches and remove him from meaningful negotiations with them.”

At the same time, the letter indicated “several resources” where compromising evidence against the “hierarch” of the OCU was recently posted, which had already been partially removed from the Network, writes the Telegram channel. This compromising material is screenshots of the Telegram correspondence containing data on financial fraud, chats with SBU officers, correspondence with foreign clergy (from Russia and the CIS countries to America and Western Europe), and other incriminating evidence.
