The courts cannot establish the location of the registration file of the Kyiv Patriarchate, which should have been transferred to the State Archives on December 23, 2019. The lawyer of the Kyiv Patriarchate Neonila Tkachenko announced this on Facebook.

“Since the unreliable record of the termination of the religious center was made on December 13, 2019, the registration file, in accordance with the Procedure for the formation and preservation of registration files, must be kept for a year, and then destroyed. The red date is December 13, 2020.

This is exactly the term that officials of the Ministry of Culture are waiting for, who unauthorizedly changed the information of the State Register regarding the Kyiv Patriarchate. The question arises: if everything was done legally, then why hide it? The answer, as for me, is obvious,” writes Neonila Tkachenko.
