Odessa parish of the UOC-KP achieved the opening of criminal proceedings for their property

On June 19, 2020, after the complaint of the community of the Church of the Nativity of the UOC KP in Odessa against the actions of a private notary of the Kyiv City Notary District information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. According to the UOC-KP, unauthorized changes were made in the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Their Encumbrances.

The lawyer of the Kyiv Patriarchate Neonila Tkachenko announced this on Facebook.

“For unauthorized changes in the data of the register of rights to real estate of the UOC-KP, a criminal case has been initiated against a private notary,” Tkachenko noted.
